100 COBRA PUSH UPS
100 BRIDGE PULSES
100 WALKING LUNGES
100 TRICEP DIPS
100 HOVER/ JUMPING  JACKS

GET IT AND GET IT DONE!!!!!!!!! WORK HARD AND THEN YOU CAN PLAY!!!! SUMMER IS AROUND THE CORNER! TIME TO GET BIKINI  READY 🙂
